North Country Creamery is a 100% grassfed, Non-GMO, & Animal Welfare Approved dairy in Keeseville, NY. With their herd of Milking Shorthorn and Jersey cows, they produce an array of farmstead cheeses, creamline yogurts, and raw milk, using limited ingredients, including cultures, local herbs, maple syrup & organic extracts -- no added colors or stabilizers.

Mace Chasm Farm

At Mace Chasm Farm, Courtney Grimes Sutton and Asa Thomas-Train raise livestock -- grass-fed beef and sheep, pastured pigs, chickens & turkeys. All of the animals are rotationally grazed throughout the growing season. A variety of fresh & smoked cuts are prepared each week in their butcher shop, including fresh sandwich meats and sausages (using fresh herbs from our fields and 100% organic spices).

AdkAction
AdkAction’s mission is to create projects that address unmet needs, promote vibrant communities, and preserve the character of the Adirondacks. Our current projects include conserving pollinator habitat, preventing road salt pollution, promoting local artists, increasing access to high-speed internet, and revitalizing Adirondack communities, and increasing food access. We partnered with AdkAction in 2020 to address food insecurity brought on by COVID-19 with the Emergency Food Packages project and we continue to partner on Farm Fresh Packages and Fair Food Pricing.
Whallonsburg Grange
Having recently celebrated it's bicentennial anniversary, The Whallonsburg Grange is a culturally, socially, and historically significant building and organization in Essex County. With its renovations over the last few decades including a community kitchen and stage, The Whallonsburg Grange works alongside the Hub On The Hill to provide culinary and varied community events for both residents and farmers.
Adirondack Harvest
Adirondack Harvest is a non profit aimed at connecting local farmers to their communities and regional markets. As such, Adirondack Harvest, whose parent organization is Cornell Cooperative Extension, increases and improves opportunities for profitable, sustainable production and sale of goods through outreach and educational events, workshops, and publication of marketing materials.
Adirondack North Country Association
The Adirondack North Country Association (ANCA) is an intregral partner of The Hub On The Hill. Through it's initiatives it strives for a cleaner, greener energy economy, investment that supports resilient local economies and creates jobs, and conditions that accelerate the emerging, innovative local economy. Our overlapping aims in revitalizing agriculture and reinforcing local economic drivers make for an ideal relationship. The Hub On The Hill would not have been made possible without the support of ANCA as a community partner.
